The restaurant was excellent with good parking excellent food including breakfast, we ordered amazing dishes. The interior of the rooms was great.

Didn't like the area, it was very busy.

All nice, everything you need for the weekend. The food is fantastic, truly enjoyed English breakfast. It offers friendly service. Besides, parking is on site. The property has a stunning and incredible location, short walk to all the shops, cafes and restaurants and the restaurant on Friday night. Also, Heswall Hall is right by the hotel. Nothing too much trouble, we would like to stay here on the next trip when in Heswall.

This was an appealing place to stay. The staff team was very welcoming at any time. I had well presented food for breakfast at 8.45am. The location was marvellous and lovely for me. The hotel was next to Heswall downtown. Actually everything was excellent, my next choice again in Heswall.

Well, it was a relaxing stay for two nights. The rooms were nice cosy and beautifully maintained and the English breakfast was superb.

The location here is fantastic, the staff is incredibly accommodating, and the rooms are a good size, stylish, and come with complimentary toiletries. Plus, they serve excellent beer.

The recently renovated rooms are fashionable and come with tea making facilities. The location is lovely and beautiful, offering good views and being very close to a lovely garden. The friendly service provides a true 4-star experience.

The location of this place is fantastic, and it's not too far from Heswall Hall.

The Jug And Bottle in Heswall offers luxury accommodation at reasonable prices. The staff is super friendly and outstandingly accommodating. The location, a moderate distance from the Wirral Peninsula, is perfect. It's situated in a lovely quiet area near restaurants and food establishments, as well as public areas.

Honestly nothing too much trouble. Fairly clean place with excellent view of Welsh mountains. Perfect English breakfast options. Fab location to St Chad's. Lots of food options at a short distance from the venue.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The room was clean and comfortable, with a large bed and beautiful views of the surrounding area. I especially loved being able to watch birds and squirrels from the window. The hotel also provided nice extra touches like coffee making facilities, biscuits, and bottles of water. The outdoor seating area was perfect for enjoying the sunshine, and the cosy bar inside was a great place to relax. The restaurant had a wide and varied menu, and the breakfast was freshly cooked with plenty of options. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

That there wasn't a lift, so carrying my suitcase upstairs was a bit challenging. However, this hotel does offer disabled parking spaces and has a disabled toilet in the bar, which is a helpful amenity for those who need it.
